How to being pc fast shutdown?

Hi Friend!
Here we have great stress towards pc that is we want sometime pc should shutdown and start fast.
For this purpose we have some ideas behind it.
1.Go to Run..
2.Type "Regedit".
3.Small Regestry Editor is appeared.
4.Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE(which is left side of the window).
5.HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM
6.HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002
7.HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Control
8.After selecting this double click on "WaitToKillServiceTimeout" (Right Side).
9.Set value 20 instead of 20000.
10.Restart your computer.
